Who we are, and why the firm stays small.

Honest Jets exists because of a pattern too obvious to ignore: family office principals underserved by aviation businesses that were never built to work for them.

Julien Vernet & Cristina Rodriguez

The principal sat alone on the wrong side of the table.

Operators, brokers, jet-card desks, and manufacturers are all paid to move principals toward more flying. Someone needs to be paid to give the right answer.

Julien Vernet founded Honest Jets after a decade in media and technology, watching the same pattern play out around him: a sophisticated principal, usually a successful operator in their own field, making aviation decisions on information they did not have, and could not have, because the parties at the table were paid to keep it that way.

Honest Jets is the simplest possible correction. An advisory paid by the principal on a fixed fee, a charter line that quotes one all-in number per mission, and a hard refusal to accept commissions or rebates from the counterparties our clients negotiate against. That is the whole structure.

The firm has stayed deliberately small. We do not plan to grow into a marketplace. Two managing partners, a 24/7 operations desk, and a tightly bounded client list.

Two partners. One number to call.

Each partner owns a portfolio of relationships personally. You are not handed to a desk.
